Interpipe Steel's crude steel output down 19 percent in Jan-Oct

Interpipe Steel, the electric steel-melting complex of Ukrainian steel pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe, has announced that in the January-October period this year its production of crude steel declined by 19.1 percent compared to the same period of last year to 765,000 mt. In October alone, the company produced 82,000 mt of crude steel.

Interpipe Steel is a key project for Interpipe, designed to provide the company's pipe and wheel production with its own steel billets.
