India’s state-run manganese miner MOIL Limited has increased prices of all grades of manganese ore by 3.5 percent for September deliveries, sources said on Friday, September 1.

The higher prices will be effective for grades with Mn content above 44 percent, at 44 percent and lower, as well as for silicomanganese grade (SMGR). The price of electrolytic grade manganese dioxide (EMD) has, however, been maintained unchanged, the sources said.
