India’s LEWL inks licensing pact with US-based TMWL for use of patented steel pickling technology

Under the agreement, Lloyds will make annual payments and earn-out fees while gaining rights to manufacture and sell unlimited units, excluding select geographies. The Material Works will provide technical support, design upgrades and marketing assistance.

Lloyds stated the deal strengthens its technology portfolio and supports global sustainability goals.
