Government turns Marcegaglia down for Kremikovitzi

Italian steelmaker Marcegaglia submitted its bid for the Kremikovitzi for 51%. As the Bulgarian Government is not willing to allow more than 49% foreign ownership of the mill, Marcegaglia's offer has been rejected by the Bulgarian Government, SteelOrbis is told.
