Final results of sunset review on SS plate imported from Belgium
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published final results of expedited sunset review of the countervailing duty on stainless steel plate in coils imported from Belgium. DOC, on April 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the countervailing duty on stainless steel plate in coils imported from Belgium. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, DOC determined to conduct an expedited sunset review for the countervailing duty order on imports of subject merchandise. As a result of the review, DOC determined that revocation of the countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of subsidies at the levels indicated below:
