Final results AD review on flat products from Japan

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) has determined to initiate a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Japan upon the request of SteelSummit International. DOC also has issued a notice of preliminary intent to revoke in part the order on the subject merchandise from Japan with respect to nickel-plated steel foil. Interested parties were invited to comment on these preliminary results. However, DOC did not receive any comments. Therefore, the final results of review are not different from the preliminary results and DOC rescinds antidumping duty changed circumstances review on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan.
