Evraz completes buyout of Vitkovice Steel
Russian Evraz Group announced yesterday that the company bought outstanding 1.04 percent of stake in Vitkovice Steel, the largest plate maker in the Czech Republic, for approximately €2.6 million, raising its interest in Vitkovice Steel to 100 percent. Evraz group announced acquisition of 98.96 percent of stake in Vitkovice Steel in November 2005.
