Canada initiates re-investigation into steel plates from 3 countries

On October 22, 2007, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced the initiation of a re-investigation of the normal values and export prices of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate imported from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Romania.
