The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission has announced that the five percent duty on graphite electrode imports into the Eurasian Economic Union, which includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Armenia, have been removed until April 30, 2020.

The product in question falls under Customs Tariff Statistics Position number 8545.11.00.20.

Meanwhile, this decision does not cancel out the antidumping duty on graphite electrode imports from India which was extended until September 2023.
