EU lowers AD duty on seamless steel pipe imports from Russia’s TMK

The European Commission (EC) has announced that it has lowered the antidumping (AD) duty imposed on seamless steel pipe imports from Russia-based TMK, one of the world's leading oil and gas steel pipe producers.
 
The antidumping duty rate for the Russian pipe producer has been reduced to 28.7 percent from 35.8 percent, the Russia-wide antidumping duty rate imposed in July 2011.
 
The EC decided to impose antidumping duties on seamless steel pipe imports from Russia, Ukraine and Croatia in 2006.
 
The products covered by the investigation currently fall within CN codes ex 7304 11 00, ex 7304 19 10, ex 7304 19 30, ex 7304 22 00, ex 7304 23 00, ex 7304 24 00, ex 7304 29 10, ex 7304 29 30, ex 7304 31 80, ex 7304 39 58, ex 7304 39 92, ex 7304 39 93, ex 7304 51 89, ex 7304 59 92 and ex 7304 59 93.
