DOC rescinds AD review on certain pipes imported from China

The Department of Commerce (DOC) has recently published the notice of rescission of antidumping duty investigation on certain circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China. DOC has initiated an antidumping duty investigation on March 30, 2004 and published preliminary results of the investigation on October 8, 2004 for certain circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China. The period of review was January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. DOC has recently announced that it has decided to rescind administrative review of antidumping duty on certain welded carbon-quality steel line pipe imported from China due to withdrawal request of the interested parties.
