DOC releases final results of AD review on OCTG from Argentina

On July 12, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an antidumping administrative review on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) other than drill pipes imported from Argentina. The review covered one manufacturer/exporter, Siderca S.A.I.C. (Siderca). The period of review was August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004. Upon receiving no comments from any of the interested parties, the DOC made no changes in the preliminary results. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results. Since Siderca made no shipments to the US during the period of review, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to Siderca.
