Dneprospetsstal’s crude steel output down 8.5 percent in April

Ukrainian metallurgical company Dneprospetsstal (DSS) has announced a month-on-month decrease of 8.5 percent in its crude steel output in April this year, totaling 22,045 mt, while its finished steel output in the given month increased by 0.7 percent month on month to 14,300 mt.

During the January-April period of 2015, Dneprospetsstal's crude steel output amounted to 79,128 mt, down 14.6 percent, while its finished steel output was 51,454 mt, down 9.8 percent, both compared to the same period of the previous year.
