Danieli builds billet plant for Rajhi Steel in S.Arabia
SteelOrbis is reported that distinctive steel plant process and technology provider Danieli is commissioned to build a 850'000 mt plant for Saudi Arabian Rajhi Steel in Jeddah Industrial Area.
The new plant will produce 100-160 mm billets with a 5-6 strand continuous caster and will provide feedstock Rajhi Steel's
merchant bar mill.
The start up of the new plant is scheduled for late 2005.
