Brazilian steelmaker Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) could possibly release delayed quarterly results in the first half of October, according to a media report from Estadao.
The company has delayed both Q1 and Q2 results. It has also omitted a SEC mandatory filing due to a restructuring that resulted from the merger of its logistics and mining segments.
CSN has released unaudited Q1 results, and missed deadlines for filing quarterly results at the country’s securities exchange commission (CVM).
The company has not released an estimate for publishing its quarterly results.
