Corus relocates service centers to Bellshill

Anglo-Dutch steelmaker Corus reported that they are intending to relocate its service center facilities located in Glasgow to Bellshill in order to present a wide range of products and services to customers. The relocation to its specialist plate processing center in Bellshill with a £2.5 million (around $4 million) investment, is scheduled to complete in April 2004. Furthermore, Corus will keep its existence in Glasgow by setting up a new business for the purpose to meet requirements of local customers' requirements in smaller quantities.
