CNCA: Chinese coal enterprises’ gross profits up 363.7 percent in 2016

In 2016, Chinese coal enterprises’ gross profits amounted to RMB32.08 billion ($4.67 billion), up 363.7 percent year on year, as announced by the China National Coal Association (CNCA). 

In the given year, the Chinese enterprises’ coal output amounted to 2.303 billion mt, down 11.2 percent, while their coal sales totaled 2.047 billion mt, decreasing by 9.29 percent, both year on year.
