CMC acquires Dunn Del Re Steel
Commercial Metals Co. (CMC) headquartered in Irving, Texas, announced that it has acquired the operating assets of Dunn Del Re Steel which is a rebar fabrication company located in Chandler, Arizona. This facility will be owned by CMC Steel Fabricators and will operate under the name of Dunn Del Re Steel as part of CMC Steel Group. Company authorities made a statement that, acquiring Dunn Del Re Steel will provide CMC to grow in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Dunn Del Re Steel has been serving the construction industry as a reinforcing bar and structural steel fabricator since 1970.
