CITT agrees to exclude Staballoy from ss round bar ruling

In February, Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated an interim review of its September 4, 1998 finding, focused on stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Germany, France, Italy, India, Japan, Spain, Sweden, Chinese Taipei and the UK. The review was concerning particularly the exclusion of the specific stainless steel round bar called Staballoy, at the request of Corus Metals. As a result of the interim review, CITT determined to amend its finding to exclude this specific product from the related findings.
