China’s output of steel rails for railways down 18 percent in March

In March this year, China's production of steel rails for use in railways amounted to 437,000 mt, down 18.0 percent year on year, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In the January-March period of the year, China's output of steel rails for railways amounted to 1.171 million mt, also decreasing by 22.5 percent year on year.
