China’s output of steel rails for railways down 7.3 percent in 2014

According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, in December last year, China’s production of steel rails for use in railways amounted to 398,000 mt, down 28.4 percent year on year.

In the whole of 2014, China’s steel rail output amounted to 5.654 million mt, down 7.3 percent year on year.
