Belarusian production results for January-July

According to statistical data, Belarus' production of crude steel rose 8.9 percent year on year to 1.37 million metric tons in January-July of 2006. In addition, the production of finished steel products rose 10.8 percent to 1.34 million metric tons and that of pipes rose 35.1 percent to 74,700 metric tons during the same period of time.
