BMZ’s steel exports exceed $1 billion in January-November

Belarus-based Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) has announced that in the January-November period last year it exported 1.84 million mt of steel products, up 106.6 percent, while the value of these exports totaled over $1.16 billion, rising by 128 percent, both compared to the same period of 2017. 

In the given period, BMZ produced 2.24 million mt of steel products, including 1.95 million mt of rolled products, 136,500 mt of seamless pipes, and 386,600 mt of steel cords, bead bronzed wire, hose wire and steel wire.
