BMZ achieves record daily output at electric melting shop No. 2

Belarus-based Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) has stated that on March 26 its electric steel melting shop No. 2 achieved a new record daily production result, with 3,310 mt of steel being produced and cast within twenty-four hours.

The previous maximum daily output result (3,143 mt) was achieved at  EAF No. 3 on December 21, 2014, while continuous casting machine No. 3 had cast 3,261 mt on January 7, 2013.
