Argentina questions US AD order on OCTG

According to recent reports from the industry, Argentina is applying to WTO for consultations on US sunset review decisions concerning the resumption of the anti-dumping duty order on the imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG). The case taken to the WTO for consultations mainly emphasizes Argentina's complaints regarding the application of the five year sunset reviews. The continuation of the anti-dumping duty order on OCTG imports to the US from Argentina was decided being effective from July 25,2001 as a result of the DOC final determinations of the sunset review.
