ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih's crude steel output edges down in Jan-Sept

In the January-September period of the current year, the crude steel production of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian subsidiary of global steel giant ArcelorMittal, totaled 4.7177 million mt, down one percent year on year, as announced by the company.

In addition, in the first nine months of the year ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih registered a 0.7 percent decrease year on year in its finished steel output to 4.1479 million mt, while its pig iron production in the given period increased by 0.5 percent year on year to 4.1697 million mt.

Meanwhile, in September alone, the company produced 594,200 mt of crude steel, 524,500 mt of pig iron and 511,900 mt of finished steel products.
