Aperam completes divestment of its French tube operations

Luxembourg-headquartered global stainless steel producer Aperam SA has announced the completion of the divestment of its stainless steel welded tube manufacturing plant located in Ancerville and its distribution center located in Annecy, both in France, to Germany-based Mutares AG.

The concerned entities of the company had a combined turnover of €64 million and total shipments of 22,000 mt in 2016, and are considered as a non-core asset for Aperam.
