Ukrainian seamless pipe offers to Turkey - week 32
SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Ukraine to Turkey for 10" seamless pipes of grade X42 PSL2 as per API 5L are at around $1,300/mt CFR on actual weight basis, for 100 percent advance payment and for September and October shipments.
