In mid-April, sources close to SteelOrbis said they believed that another $7.50 cwt. ($165/mt or $150/nt) price increase was forthcoming, however, two weeks later, no such increase has emerged.  As such, current HSS prices are still being heard at roughly $107-$108 cwt.  ($2,359-$2,381/mt or $2,140-$2,160/nt), FOB mill. Prices have been steady since the last week of March.
