Ex-Romania seamless pipe offers to Turkey
SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Romania to Turkey for seamless pipes of 16" grade B as per ASTM A106 are at around $1,500-1,515/mt CPT on actual weight basis, for 100 percent payment by at sight letter of credit or by 20 percent advance payment, and for June shipments.
