Ex-Romania seamless pipe offers to Turkey
SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Romania to Turkey for seamless pipes of 18" diameter and 14.27 mm wall thickness, grade B as per ASTM A106, are at around $1,770-1,780/mt CPT on actual weight basis, for 100 percent payment by letter of credit at sight or by 20 percent advance payment, and for April and May shipments.
