According to market sources close to SteelOrbis, a Turkish mill recently finalized a deal from the EU for 40,000 mt of scrap. The deal is comprised of 15,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 14,000 mt of shredded scrap, and 11,000 mt of P&S and HMS I at an average price of $324/mt CFR. The shipment timeline is reportedly the first half of March.
