According to market sources close to SteelOrbis, a Turkish mill has purchased an ex-EU scrap cargo comprised of 20,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 8,000 mt of shredded scrap, and 12,000 mt of bonus scrap at an average price of $340/mt CFR.
