According to sources close to SteelOrbis, a Turkish mill has obtained a scrap cargo from the EU for 40,000 mt of scrap. The cargo is comprised of 20,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap and 20,000 mt of bonus scrap material for an average price of $309/mt CFR Turkey.
