Merchant bar prices in Bulgarian domestic market – week 22

In the Bulgarian domestic market, merchant bar prices are standing at BGN 1,170-1,180/mt ($752-759/mt) for angles, BGN 1,220-1,250/mt ($785-804/mt) for flat bars - depending on material size, and at BGN 1,180-1,190/mt ($759-765/mt) for channels, all on actual weight basis, exclusive of 20 percent VAT and for deliveries to customer.
 
Demand in Bulgaria has indicated a certain slowdown recently, due to the rainy weather seen in the country in the past 20 days. However, local buyers are still concluding purchases in line with their needs.
