Over the past week, Turkish merchant bar producers have kept their official domestic merchant bar prices stable with minor changes on US dollar basis amid the ongoing currency fluctuations. In the Iskenderun region, one mill is offering its equal angles at TRY 21,250/mt ($589/mt) ex-works. Additional discounts are applicable for serious buyers as the general sentiment on the demand side is negative amid the snowy weather conditions.
Most merchant bar sellers are offering either for deliveries in March or from stocks, depending on the size.
