Turkish merchant bar producers have kept their domestic prices stable over the past week in the local currency, with a decrease of $1-2/mt on US dollar basis, against the backdrop of the ongoing currency fluctuations. One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its equal angle price at TRY 25,250/mt ($597/mt) ex-works today, November 18.
Most merchant bar sellers are offering either for deliveries in December or from stocks, depending on the size.
Most buyers are exerting pressure for further discounts.
