Some Turkish merchant bar re-rollers have raised their official equal angle export prices by $5/mt to $595-615/mt FOB, for late December-January shipment, amid firm import scrap prices. However, a few merchant bar re-rollers have closed their export sales for today and are expected to issue export prices next week, SteelOrbis has heard.
The SteelOrbis Turkish import billet daily reference price stands at $455-485/mt CFR, unchanged over the past week.
