Kuwaiti rebar market on a sideways trend

Rebar prices in the Kuwaiti rebar market have remained stable since last week at KWD 190-195/mt ($667-684/mt) ex-works, on theoretical weight basis, while Turkish rebar offers to the region are still at $605-6015/mt CFR on theoretical weight basis, indicating no changes over the same period.

Import rebar demand has remained weak in Kuwait and the general stagnancy in terms of buying activity witnessed in the Middle Eastern markets has also been felt in the Kuwaiti market.

KWD 1 = $3.51
