Indian domestic billet prices shift

On November 16, SteelOrbis reported domestic billet offers in India at INR 27,200/mt ($417/mt) ex-Raipur mill. Sources inform SteelOrbis that domestic billet prices hit a high of INR 27,500/mt ($423/mt) ex-Raipur mill around November 17 and began to trend down. Presently, the offer price is reportedly at INR 26,800/mt ($414/mt) ex-Raipur mill. Offer prices have declined $9/mt since November 17.
