India’s domestic billet prices relatively rangebound

On September 19, SteelOrbis reported domestic Indian induction grade (secondary grade) billet prices in the Raipur (central east India) at INR 35,400-35,800/mt ($491-497/mt) ex-works Raipur.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices remain generally close at INR 35,500-35,800/mt ($491-495/mt) ex-works Raipur. Due to currency fluctuations, the bottom of the range remained stable while the top of the range decreased by $2/mt.
