India’s domestic billet prices trend up

On October 4, SteelOrbis reported that domestic billet offers decreased to INR 33,200-33,500/mt ($450-454/mt) ex-works Raipur.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that trading improved in the past few days and prices are presently at INR 34,000-34,500/mt ($460-467/mt) ex-works Raipur. Prices increased $10/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $13/mt from the top of the same range.
