India’s domestic billet prices continue downtrend

On October 3, SteelOrbis reported that domestic billet offers decreased to INR 33,700-34,200/mt ($457-464/mt) ex-works Raipur.

According to sources close to the market, billet offers in the Raipur area have decreased again day-on-day and are now reportedly at INR 33,200-33,500/mt ($450-454/mt) ex-works. Prices decreased $7/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $10/mt from the top of the same range.
