SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that steel billet and rebar offers from Turkey to Oman are at $590/mt CFR and $640/mt CFR on actual weight basis respectively, while ex-CIS steel billet and rebar offers to the country are at $585/mt CFR and $620/mt CFR on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, Turkish offers to Oman for equal angles are standing at $655-665/mt CFR, on actual weight basis.
All above offers are for February shipments.
Semi-finished and long steel import offers to Oman are expected to move downwards in the coming days.
