SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have declined by NTD 200/mt ($7/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 15,800-16,000/mt ($538-545/mt) ex-works, for end of September shipments.
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have decreased by NTD 200-500/mt ($7-17/mt) as compared to last week, are now at the following levels:
