SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have declined by NTD 100/mt ($3/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 17,100-17,200/mt ($571-574/mt) ex-works, for mid-September shipments.
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have shown no changes as compared to last week, are still at the following levels:
