Sources inform SteelOrbis that the past two months have been relatively stable for domestic rebar prices in the Bangladesh market. In the capital city region of Dhaka, sources report that medium mills have kept their rebar offers at approximately BDT 59,000-60,000/mt ($699-711/mt) ex-works. A source reported a slowdown in buying activity by construction firms on seasonality but noted a positive consumer and industrial confidence environment for the Q3 2018.
