SteelOrbis has learned that in the Tunisian market offers given from Spain by ArcelorMittal for its April production hot rolled coil (HRC) are currently standing at the base price level of €600/mt ($833/mt) CFR, while its April production cold rolled coil (CRC) offers are at the base price level of €700/mt (€972/mt) CFR, both for payment by letter of credit.
