Russian plate offers for Turkey

SteelOrbis has heard that A36 plates ex-Severstal mill of Russia are being offered at $765/mt CFR Turkey for late January 2008 shipments. On the other hand, shipbuilding plates ex-same mill are being offered at $890/mt CFR Turkey, also for late January shipments.
