Nucor Plate Mill Group announces 2nd price increase

Nucor Plate Mill Group on Friday announced they would be implementing a second, $2.00 cwt. ($44/mt or $40/nt), price increase effective with new orders. Sources close to SteelOrbis, who were polled after the Nucor announcement was rolled out, have said they believe that the other domestic plate will announce by the end of the week.
